Ibn Sina Pharma Godhuliya

Freehold Construction & Development successfully executed base grouting works for precast piles at the Ibn Sina Pharma Godhuliya Project, located in Maona, Gazipur.

The project involved driving 14"×14" precast concrete piles with a length of 36 feet. Dynamic load testing was conducted both before and after base grouting to assess the improvement in pile performance.

The results showed a remarkable 1.5 times increase in load-bearing capacity after grouting. Initially, the allowable pile capacities were recorded as 980 kN, 973 kN, and 1000 kN. After base grouting, the capacities significantly improved to 1335 kN, 1480 kN, and 1480 kN, confirming the enhanced effectiveness of the base grouting method.

Alhamdulillah, the entire operation was completed successfully and precisely. The outcome clearly demonstrates how base grouting substantially increases the efficiency and reliability of precast pile foundations, ensuring a stronger and more durable structure.
