Ibn Sina Pharma Central Warehouse – Grouting

Freehold Construction & Development successfully completed base grouting works for test piles at the Ibn Sina Pharma Central Warehouse Project, located in Kaliakoir, Gazipur.

As part of the foundation design verification, two test piles of 750mm diameter and 98 feet depth were constructed. Among them, one pile was executed with base grouting, while the other was tested without grouting. Both piles underwent dynamic load testing to evaluate performance differences.

The test results clearly demonstrated that base grouting enhanced the pile’s load-bearing capacity by approximately 1.75 times compared to the non-grouted pile. Based on these results, the final pile design for the project was optimized and approved.

Alhamdulillah, the entire testing and grouting operations were successfully completed with precision, ensuring reliable data for the project’s structural foundation design.
